Process of Claim
If you have sustained an injury in an accident within last 3 years which was a result of someone else’s carelessness, you are entitled to claim compensation. You could launch this via our Online Forms or you could call our Helpline at any time which is suitable for you.
We are pleased to answer your questions about the compensation you may be entitled to so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Step 1 : Starting Your Claim
If you decide to make a claim with us, you will receive a free consultation from one of our advisers in regards to the matter. Our specialists will evaluate your eligibility to get compensation within minutes and if your case has any prospects of success, you will be able to start your case straight away.
Firstly, all the necessary documents and details required to process your claim will be collected. Secondly, you will be explained how the process works.
Step 2: Gathering Evidence in Support of your Claim
Our solicitors will evaluate your situation and start to gather evidence and information to support your claim. This includes photos and sketches of the accident, witness statements and schedule of losses due to the accident and medical appointments to assess your injuries. This information is used to support your case and estimate the amount of compensation you will receive.
Step 3: Negotiations
Once enough evidence is provided, the selected solicitors will reach out and contact the Third Party’s Insurers to negotiate on your behalf. There are only two possibilities here:
- Claim is accepted (very common): you receive compensation for personal injuries and material damages.
- Offer is declined or ignored: responsible party disagrees and your case reaches the court. Upon winning the case you receive compensation and you will not be liable for the related costs.
Step 4: Claim Settled
The third Party will be liable for your injury or damage and you will receive the compensation you truly deserve.
Note if you lose you will not be liable to any costs as we work on a No Win No Fee* basis. (Please read the Terms and Conditions)
